Where is Clearline Production based, and do you travel?

We are based in Seattle, Washington, with full crews available across the Pacific Northwest. We travel nationwide and worldwide for the right project — travel costs are quoted line-by-line and built into your project scope upfront.

How far in advance should I book?

2-4 weeks for most corporate projects, 1-2 weeks for headshot and real estate sessions, and 2-6 months for weddings and large multi-day events. Last-minute and rush bookings are sometimes possible — ask.

How many revisions are included?

Accepted Answer

Two rounds of revisions are included on every video project. Photo galleries are color-graded and delivered final. Additional revisions are available at a fair, transparent rate outlined before production.

How does payment work?

All projects are split 50% on booking and 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly. We accept ACH, wire, credit card, and check.

What if my project doesn't fit your usual services?

Reach out anyway. If it involves video or photo and you need it done well, we are interested. Worst case we point you to a partner we trust.

Question 7

Do I own the footage and photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You receive full usage rights to all delivered final assets for marketing, web, social, internal, and paid media. We retain the right to use anonymized work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Question 8

Do you provide raw footage or RAW photo files?

Accepted Answer

Final color-graded deliverables are included by default. Raw footage and unedited RAW files are available as an add-on if you need them for in-house editing or archiving — just ask in your inquiry.
